The silencer-optimized Raptor-SD features a ported shaft designed to redirect gasses down and forward, away from the shooters face when shooting suppressed. Its ambidextrous design allows rapid palm "blading" or finger-thumb charging of the weapon, ensuring the motion is fluid and fast from either strong or support side.

Bought this to help with blow back from my suppressed 14.5 BCM. I use a surefire soccom and sometimes the blow back can get pretty annoying, kicking dust, ect. But this charging handle does an amazing job of venting the games outward away from you face. It's a huge, very noticeable difference using this charging handle. I am very happy with its purchase and buy again in the future!
