RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not satisfied for any reason, unopened product in new and unused condition within 30 days since delivery is eligible for a refund minus all associated shipping costs.
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A 15% RESTOCKING/CANCELLATION FEE FOR ALL RETURNS AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS. ORDERS THAT REQUIRE FFL/SOT ARE SUBJECT TO AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION IF NO DEALER INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 14 DAYS.
***Optics, Body Armor, Sale Items, Knives, NFA Items, Firearms and Complete Uppers are NOT eligible to be returned***
To start a return please follow the following steps:
1. Request a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) by emailing
[email protected] with the following:
-REASON FOR YOUR RETURN
-ITEM NAME AND QUANTITY
2. Write your RMA # on the the shipping label. All returns MUST be accompanied by a RMA#
or they will not be accepted.
3. Include a copy of your invoice.
4. Insure the package for your protection and send to:

and the product must be unused/unworn. Please DO NOT tape the shipping label directly to
any original packaging. This makes the product unsellable and these packages will be refused and
returned to the sender.
5. Once your return is received and inspected by our return department, (please allow 3-5 business
days for your return to process), we will process your refund and automatically apply credit to your
original method of payment. Depending on your credit card service provider, it may take up to 3-5
business days to show up in your account.
Freedom Trading does not offer exchanges. You must return your item (if eligible) and purchase
the item you want instead.
